Outlook Setup

This section we will explain how to setup profiles for Outlook.

In order for the bot to create Outlook accounts successfully, there is a few more steps that need to be setup beforehand. Our Outlook modules supports 3 aliases meaning once you create an account. Anex will create an 3 emails using only 1 sms code, essentially you gain 3 emails for the price of one sms code. 1) Profiles (Profiles are grouped in anex. This will allow more control over your setups) The first step is creating profiles for outlook. With Anex, you will only need to create 1 profile to run our outlook module. In order to do this, • Head over to the profiles tab within the bot • Select Create Group at the bottom • Name the profile group which ever name you prefer (Naming it Outlook will be easier) Once you get to this stage, there are 2 options you can do. 1) Export CSV (This will export a spreadsheet. You can fill in info then import back into the bot) 2) Selecting Add Profile (This will open up the profiles page where you add your information) Lets go further into each step, the decision lays in your hands ultimatley (Option One I prefer) 1) Export CSV • Once you have created your Profile Group • Select Export CSV button at the top • Once you have selected it, a spreadsheet should open up • The only field you need to fill out is the Forwarding Email field with your preferred email • The more lines you fill out in the Forwarding Email field = more profiles = more tasks • Save the spreadhsheet then head over to the bot • Go to profiles section and select the Outlook group we just created • Select Import CSV to add back the spreadsheet file we just created • All profiles should now be imported into the bot. 2) Add Profile • Once you have created your Profile Group • select Add Profile button at the top • Profile page will come up with empty fields • Head over to the top where it says Website and select Outlook from the drop down • Now you will only see site info specific to outlook which needs filled in Currently, our outlook module doesnt support Recovery email, so the only field you will be required to fill out one field in that profile. It also doesn't support info provided by the user meaning, you wont be able to add your own custom names in the profile and create an email using that specific name. Bot will only create emails with random name pool we have added in the backend. • Fill out Forwarding Email field with a different email such Gmail or Outlook or Yahoo • Make sure to name the profile you have created by filling Profile Name at the bottom • Click save and your done! Head over to "Task Creation" to continue with Outlook setup
